The girls are pretty good at giving the same cut on the same guy. I’v Been getting the same #2 or 3 scissor cut the top little longer in the front to spike, for 30 years. Great job!

Brandi is fabulous!! My first visit, I told her what I wanted and she proceeded to do exactly that. Returning next week for a trim. Beautiful facility and the employees couldn't any nicer.

On top of Amanda being overtly rude and unwelcoming from the start, I was given one of the most rushed haircuts I've ever received. You could tell from the moment I walked in that she was in an irritable mood as it was close to closing time and she wanted to get me out of the door as fast as possible. I understand she may have had a long day and was tired or whatever excuse she may conjure up, but we all are. She signed up to be in the service industry, so she has no reason not to act professional and work until the door sign turns to "closed". As for the haircut itself, it had the potential to be a decent haircut as I've been growing my hair out on top for awhile and liked the style it had turned into, but when I asked for her advice on how to trim off a certain portion, she said "well you just have to make it shorter, do you want to do that?" and I replied "yes, but just a little bit I like the overall length". She then proceeded to cut off the majority of the top of my hair and it looked atrocious, not at all what I was going for. This was solely due to her impatience. Similar story for the "product" she put in my hair. She asked if I would like to use it, to which I replied "No". She then proceeded to put it in anyway; again, most likely a result of her impatience and not actually listening to what I said. It is also worth noting that she put in the "product" before asking if I was satisfied with the length, thickness, etc. and realized it would take her more time to make changes thereafter. The final breaking point was at the very end when I go to pay, I had two discount/promotion cards that I received previously (separate as I had forgotten one card at a point and started using a new card). The issue was that I had 3 hole punches in one card and 4 hole punches in another card, indicating that I had been there a total of 6 prior times. Previously, the hair stylists mentioned that it would not be a problem to simply bring the two cards in and explain the situation, and there should be no issue. Well there was an issue apparently. Amanda could not comprehend the fact that no matter what way you slice the promotion cards, I had been there a total of 7 previous times and all she had to do was apply the promotion for being there a total of 8 times (including last night) and take all of my cards from me and start over on a new card and there would be no issue. I honestly couldn't care any less about the $4 or $5 in savings from the coupons, but it was the principle of giving me a terrible haircut, being extremely irritable, trying to get me out the door as quick as possible, and then having the audacity to try and pull a fast one on me in price at the end of it all that is outrageous. I have been coming to SportClips for well over a year now, and the Supercuts next door is looking pretty appealing at this point. This has been by far the worst barbershop experience yet, and if you think that I am going anywhere near another SportClips establishment again, you are out of your mind. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to go there with that kind of treatment.
